My parents drove in from MN to visit me in Chicago and the first thing we did was go to the Christkindlmarket in Wrigley Ville. It was a lot of fun and very magical. There where a lot of little shops from different countries selling handcrafts. My mom got me and Rococo decorations from Kyrgyzstan for the little Rosemary tree we picked up and one of them is a mouse finger puppet Rococo can enjoy all year long. I conquered the fear of skating since I lost a lot of confidence in my balance from my biking accident years ago (crazy right?!) we drank hot apple cider, ate mini donuts, and had lots of other warm snacks.
